I am applying for a stipend and need to upload my W-9. How can I do this?

You may need to upload your W-9 to receive a stipend from your county's stipend program. You are not required to enter your social security number in the Registry, but you will need to provide your social security number on the W-9 to be paid a stipend. 

Go to the IRS website to get the form (link to W-9). Link to IRS for more information.

Go to My Documents and label the file type as "W-9" (see image below or go to the How to Upload a Document video).
