You may choose whether or not you send an evaluation to training participants when you Add Event in Event Management. The second to the last question asks, "Send Registry generated survey to attendees?" The evaluation is sent after you verify a participant’s attendance at a training. Attendance is verified in the Roster and should be done soon after a training has happened.
