Registry participants edit their personal information in "My Profile".
Registry staff can edit your name, if you have had a name change.
If you have a discrepancy concerning a training, you will need to contact the agency that provided the training to resolve the matter. Instructors or training organizations, that offered the training, will confirm participation and award training hours (they can give partial hours for the portion of the training attended, if their policy allows for partial hours).
ECE Employers with Employer Admin Access can verify your employment, upload documents, and enroll you in trainings. The Registry staff will update the participant’s profile with the course work and training information as supporting documents are submitted or uploaded by the participant on "My Documents".
