To upload your education and training documents to your profile, login to your Registry account and click on the Quick Link labeled My Documents.
On the next page, select the type of document you would like to upload, find the file in your computer, and upload the document to your profile. Once documents are uploaded to your profile, they will be entered into a queue for verification. Registry personnel will review uploaded documents, input relevant information to your Education and Training Report (if necessary), and verify your document.
Registry personnel will email you once your documents have been verified. In the case that your documents cannot be verified, Registry personnel will contact you to explain why they could not verify your documents. For step-by-step instructions on how to use the document upload utility:
