It is recommended that you use your personal email account so that if you change employers or forget your password, you will be able to request a password reset and access the email with the reset link.
If you are a trainer or an Administrator of a program, you will want to use your work-affiliated email so that notifications from the Registry for staff registering, instructor access requests, and training RSVPs go to your work email that you view most frequently.
If you infrequently use email and use a free email account, such as Google or Yahoo, and do not log into the account for several months, you will be locked out of your email and may not have access to that email address again. If this occurs, you can always contact the Registry Office at support@ccala.zendesk.com to request assistance.
